The program is a voluntary effort on the part of aircraft operators. To participate, aircraft operators are advised to use the following measures when practical, possible and feasible:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"text10\" colspan=\"2\" align=\"left\">\n<ul>\n<li>Use the Standard Instrument Departure Profile and Noise Abatement Procedure when departing Runway 32. Upon departure, turn to a heading of 010 degrees and fly northbound along Route 110.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from all nighttime activity between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>Use Stage 3 Aircraft.<\/li>\n<li>Use procedures recommended by the National Business Aircraft Association or Aircraft Manufacturer i.e. Thrust Reduction Techniques, Arrival and Departure Profiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"text10\" colspan=\"2\" align=\"left\"><strong>Left Traffic Runway 19<br \/>\nRight Traffic Runway 32<br \/>\nLeft Traffic Runway 14<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"text10\" colspan=\"2\" align=\"left\">Noise abatement measures in no way take precedence over air traffic control Instructions. Please exercise safety at all times. Aircraft operator\u2019s are an integral component in the overall success of this program.
