ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:All Runways: Maintain 1600 ft. MSL or higher as long as practical.
Intercept the final approach course. Use minimum flap setting and delay extending landing gear until established on the final approach. Use thrust reduction techniques and minimize rapid RPM changes.Arrival Runway Use Priority:
Runway 32, Runway 19 and Runways 01 or 14.
DEPARTURE PROCEDURESRunway 01: Maintain runway heading and climb at (V2 + 20) not to exceed 190 KIAS. Upon reaching 1,000 ft. MSL set power to achieve 1,000 fpm climb rate to 3,000 ft. MSL or assigned altitude.Runway 14 and 19: Climb right heading 220 degrees. Climb at (V2 + 20) not to exceed 190 KIAS. Upon reaching 1,000 ft. MSL set power to achieve 1,000 fpm climb rate to 3,000 ft. or assigned altitude.Runway 32: Climb right heading 010 degrees. Climb at (V2 + 20) not to exceed 190 KIAS. Upon reaching 1,000 ft. MSL set power to achieve 1,000 fpm climb rate to 3,000 ft. or assigned altitude.Departure Runway Use Priority:
Runway 1, Runways 14 or 19 and Runway 32.

Please consult the New York Sectional or the VFR Terminal Area Chart.NOISE ABATEMENT PROGRAMThis program was established in 1984 to reduce sound levels in the vicinity of the airport. The program is a voluntary effort on the part of aircraft operators. Noise abatement measures in no way take precedence over air traffic control Instructions. Please exercise safety at all times. To participate in the program operators are advised when practical, possible and feasible to use the following measures:
- Avoid Flying Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
- Use Thrust Reduction Techniques
- Use Standard Instrument Departure (SID) Runway 32
- Use Stage 3 Aircraft, Whenever Possible
- Use Runway 01/19, Whenever Possible
- Use National Business Aircraft Association Or Manufacturer’s Suggested Noise Abatement Techniques
PRIOR PERMISSION REQUIRED
Aircraft with 30 seats or more and/or over 60,000 lbs. must obtain prior permission to operate at Republic Airport. Operators may contact the Airport Operations Department at 631.752.7707 ext.#108 to request a Prior Permission Form or click here to obtain a form.
